Injecting more creativity into life!
develop your creative confidence - its really good for you.
Fi Wilkie started Margaret River Art Adventures in 2017 inspired by the joy of discovery she witnessed in the students she had been teaching locally.
Deciding to get started on something many had been putting off for years was a big thing for many of these late beginners. As an artist who had to ‘restart’ herself - she had already developed lots of ways to help herself get around herself.
Overthinking what she was doing, feeling like ‘its not good enough’, worrying about it being ‘right’ - they are all common thoughts when it comes to making art as a beginner…and they are all thoughts that stop us from finding joy in something new like, empowering and wonderfully accepting like art.
Fi’s classes are all about quickly find joy without being overwhelmed. Yes, they are designed to take out the difficulties of making - but these are not colour by numbers classes.
These are for people who are genuinely interested in discovering more about how they think and see and experience the world around them.
Breath in deep…Margaret River is a fantastic place to get creative.

"Fantastic! We met so many inspiring Artists - learnt so much - I look at Art completely differently now - this was a really special day"
-Bec (Studio Tour)
"Fi's class was great fun and surprisingly easy - it helped to free me up and gave me a different way of approaching art. Everyone in the group produced their own personal version and they all looked great. Best thing is, I can keep doing this on my own. It was such a great idea for a class - really good fun and I love what I made - can't wait to keep going!"
- Emma (Cabernet & Colour)
